Default Hi There!

Hi, I'm new to this board. Please allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Ella, I live in Florida and I have been cooking professionally since
1988. I would rather cook for free than get paid to do a "real job".

I have earned a degree from TSoHKU. I am working on my doctorate.

I have training in Cantonese, French, Italian, BBQ and good ol' American home cooking. There is no other drug like a packed house.

Wow, Ella! It's good to meet you. Browse around the board and check it all out. There's so much here to enjoy and learn. There are articles, cookbook reviews, recipes and an e-newsletter.

We hope you'll stop in often and share!

Regards,
Mezzaluna

Oh, man. Twenty years ago, I wouldn't have been surprised to hear that Yulee was just a blip on the map.

Now? It makes me smile that there are people who still don't know where we are. I miss there being only a flashing light at the intersection of A1A and HWY17.
