I've been lurking and reading a lot of the great info thats on this great site for a while now, and decided I would join up so that I could take part... Anyway, hello to you all!

Hello Joyfull! You did it right. If you ever have questions about how the board works, just ask. If you don't know where to start, look down the right-hand side of the main page and click on a moderator's name. You'll be able to send a message to one of us.

Explore, browse, enjoy!

Disneywonder, you'll have a better chance of a useful answer if you post your question in the appropriate professional chefs' forum. This part of the forum is for introducing yourself.

Good luck!
