Thumbs up My tip

While casually browsing I saw a good tip. Use cling film instead of parchment when lining a cake tin saves all that tedious cutting out of shapes to fit the tin.
when buying vegetables look in the box of Broccoli, people in a attempt to make the purchase weigh less and so cheaper break off the stalks. These are delicious when steamed with the other veggies and the super market doesn't charge you for them.
