 Newbie says hello Hello all. My Name is Dion and I am from sunny South Africa  Am 33 year old and love cooking at home. Have no formal training, have just registered to do a City and Guilds Chefs Certificate. Am so excited and cant wait. Very keen to learn, so pls share as much info as you can with me.  |
