Hello from Montana

Hi everyone. I have been lurking here for awhile and thought I better just register and become active and hopefully be able to contribute a little.
A little bit about myself-- I have been cake decorating for a number of years. I had been an instructor for about 10 years, which was a lot of fun. Happily married to the greatest and most supportive guy ever, he tolerates my madness for sugar and pastry quite well We have the 2 most sweetest mastiff dogs. (sisters, just turned 1)
I have a never ending desire to learn everything I possibly can in the pastry and sugar world. It's all so exciting.
Living in the Bitterroot Valley in Montana, we don't have much in the way of pastry equipment or classes, but I'm in the process of changing that. My husband has encouraged me to open the store of my dreams which will house as much pastry and baking equipment that I possibly can. Hopefully I can organize some great classes also. I would still love to do cakes and candy on a limited basis.
Anyway, sorry for the long intro.
I have already learned so much for everyone here, Thank you.
