Hi All,

Long time foodie, glad to have found the site!

I'm a former Front of House restaurant employee, who preferred to hang around with the cooks and Back of House staff (more fun, and well... more fun). I'm an at-home cook now, a playwright with a day job that pays the bills. My daughter (Cloverette) is about to be a senior in high school, and Mister Clover teaches acting.

I not only love food, I appreciate the time and effort that goes into incredible dishes, and look forward to learning a lot here.
