| G'day I should say, I am from downunder, In the second greatest state in Australia - QLD. I say this 'cause I am actually Tasmanian!!! where the best beer in the world is brewed!! Anyway - a little about myself. 3rd generation baker. Trade qualified baker, pastrycook and patissier (all seperate trades here!) Post trade quals in patisserie. Full time Pastrychef/Patissier for Qld's largest private catering company, part time teacher at 2 local colleges, previously worked for International Hotels. I hope this is an interesting forum.
