Wink New Person Here!

Hey Everyone!!!

I am from Saskatchewan, Canada and I used to be an Assistant Manager at a Fast Food joint. I then went on to finer cooking at a fine dining restaurant.

Now, I am just a cook here at home. To tell you the truth, I find it easier to cook items off a menu than to prepare stuff at home because it is just repetition in the kitchen at a restaurant.

I'm my own worst critic.
