Thought I'd say, hello, since the web site suggested it. It looks like there is a lot of interesting topics to talk and learn about. I teach culinary arts at Central New Mexico Community College and look forward to using ChefTalk Cooking Forums to continue learning and teaching. This might be a great place for me to recommend my students visit. Sometimes it really helps a person learn when they can talk to someone.

Hello Chef and welcome to Chef Talk. You're one of a good number of culinary instructors here, so I'm sure you'll take advantage of that as well as the forums, cooking articles, recipes and cookbook reviews. We have a forum just for students, and encourage them to visit as well. There's a great search feature to find older posts on topics of interest.

We hope you visit often to share and maybe learn a trick or two.
