I know most of you are sleeping or probably just getting home from work and in need of a hot shower to wash off the smell of the kitchen but, here it's 7:11pm.

A lil about me:
Raised in the cooking business and still have the scars to prove it. I do have all of my fingers or at least most of all my fingers. Now I am a home cook and relishing, NPI every moment.

Looking forward to seeking and sharing advise wit ya'll.

What local ingredients do you include in your daily fare at home? I can only imagine the wonderful, fresh seafood you get! I just bought a can of Spam yesterday, so at least I have that.
