Hi everyone! I've been cooking as long as I can remember (when I was little I was always in the kitchen & when I went away for college, my parents wanted me back for breaks so I could cook for them); fish is my specialty. I moved here from NE last year and needless to say I was like a kid in a candy store. Anyway, I typed in a search for "escolar" and found this forum...
