Talking Aspiring Chef

Hello! I am just trying to find out as much info as I can, anywhere I can. So if you have any tips on which schools are best or how to choose the best school, or anything that comes to mind as the best piece of advice you have recieved or could give.

samtah,
I see your in the Military. Don't know what branch. Your answer might be in your own back yard. I know USACAT does very well in every Culinary Olympics.
