 Hello Chefs !! Hi, My name is Bhaskar and am working as a pastry chef at The Oberoi Udaivilas. I graduated from Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development - OCLD's kitchen mgmt batch in 2003 and working since then. Hope to share lot of ideas and information through the forums.... cheers  |
