| Just a quick intro since I'm new here. I'm Jeff, a Paramedic and USAR team member in PA. I have been cooking for a long long time and even have some training. I chose the medical path instead of the chef path many years ago, 28 to be exact, and might be doing a cross over soon. It seems that every week I get rave reviews from the local fire,police, ems community when it's my turn to cook for the troops and I have helped out a friend more than once with his catering gigs. I've done quite a bit of climbing in the past and turned some of the freeze dried meals into some really tasty food, not that you need to do much at 10,000 feet besides make it hot and make a lot. At any rate, I'm here to learn and laugh and help out others with my opinion from time to time. |
