Default Getting to know you...

Hey all!!
Newbie in Bangor, ME. Terrific site. Came to look for advice on how to care for my global knives. Any and all info would be appreciated. Oh, and it's true...Steve Kings home really does have bats, gargoyles, and skeletons built into his wrought iron fence.
