Default Hello from MD, career changer

Hi all. I'm a newbie on here from Montgomery County, MD, just outside of DC. I'm thinking about attending school in the area, probably in baking/pastry arts.

Look forward to talking to a few of you and getting some great insight. Thanks.

Ian

Ian hello from a former but fellow Montgomery Countier. Where are you? I started in Rockville, moved to the Potomac area, and later on in Gaithersburg.

Are you considering L'Acadamie de cuisine?

Yeah, I sure am. I already have a degree, so I'm not really interested in a two-year program. I figure it's a great combo of price, location, quality, and time.

I see you're in Rochester. Funny. I grew up in western NY. Wellsville.

We're in Germantown, by the way...
