 Hello from Edmonton Hello All I am new here so please be gentle.  Hello TGDusty and welcome to Chef Talk. I'm not a sports fan, so I have no idea who the Oilers are- do they prepare the grills in your kitchen?  We're a friendly lot and if someone should be "ungentle", just let a moderator know. We aim to keep this place one in which all feel welcome and encouraged to participate. | Mezz, The Oilers are the National Hockey League team for his Edmonton. The Canes, aka Carolina Hurricanes, are in Raleigh NC, about 90 minutes west of me. During the Stanley Cup finals -equiv to SuperBowl or World Series- Edmonton and Carolina played their heinies off. Carolina won the series 4-3 in some of the hottest/smartest play in years. Ciao,
