| This site looks very informative; I found it when I was looking for recommended butter substitutes for bechamel. I'm currently employed in the graphic arts industry, but I'd love to open an artisanal sandwich shop, featuring unique breads, local and exotic ingredients, and preferably located in a mountain community with lots of tourism. Any tips on what to include in a business plan are welcome. My mother always cooked new and unique dishes, and I often helped. I grew up watching Julia Child and reading James Beard. We always had wine with dinner; usually it was decent, sometimes it was superb (a 1964 Chateau Pichon Lalande comes to mind). |
