| Wanted to chime in and say Howdy! from Texas. I go by the handle Huckleberry and am part owner of a Texas Dry Rub Spice business. I've been cooking for about 25 years not professionally. I did do some under study with my father who was an exec. Chef, and I short order cooked for several years. I hope to discover additional tricks of the trade that may help with my spice business from this interchange. |
