Default Hi. A brazilian with passion for good food.

Hi. I'm a brazilian man with italian heritage who migrate to USA 6 year's ago. I don't know really when I started to cook I guess my first time was at age of 12 doing some kind of brazilian fudge, at 15 was doing Risotos and even stews "Gulash" for example. So far I never did Tradicional Tranning (still dreaming one day go to CIA at Hyde Park) at present time I work as a Catering Server, but also cook for private event's.
