| I am obsessed with baking. If I know I am baking the next day for some purpose, I get up right away, and sometimes don't even take time to eat b/c I am that charged up. On the other hand, if no baking projects are on the horizon, I don't get up so easily. Now that I've turned over the sand glass of time, I wonder if I should make the leap and change careers. You see it's just me and my husband at home and I really don't have anyone to bake for, except maybe the folks at work, and I'm probably being selfish here, but having the brownie container empty at the end of my shift, is just not enough fulfillment for me. But my job has some really good benefits that will be hard for me to give up. I also like to bake with natural ingredients and using more tofu. I'm not a big meat eater and I don't drink. I am glad to have found this forum. |
