Hi everybody,
I am a chef for 19 years. Worked in Bermuda, United States, US Virgin Island, Bali, Indonesia. I was fortunate to work for a reputable International company that had the opportunity to travel around the world..either for opening of new properties or training. Glad to be here.

I was filmed at The Great Chefs of the Caribbean. The green book 'Great Chefs of the Caribbean' had my dish on the front cover.
