Saw this Icon.........me for sure...
I stumbled across this website when researching artisanal cheeses for a cheese plate I intend to put together for a friend's Birthday Belgian Brew Bash. So loved all the insight. Wow...an online community of foodies....and from what I see so far, many enjoy cooking as I do....a true art form with tangible edible results.... Sounds like others might have similar tastes for fine ale, wine, spirits and gourmet food....so cool!!!
