Hey everyone. How is it going...
My name is Chase and i wanted to introduce myself becasue i'm new here.
I'm a culinary arts student at a JC in northern cali, as well as an experianced cook. I guess about 4 years totall in the resturnat buz. Started as a dishwasher in a Thai resturnat and well it goes on from there.
I am having to come up with alot of menus right now, and do alot of tecnical/ book work about food so i figured i would see how this fourm can help.
Also i would love to talk with chefs that have been in the industry because i am still trying to figure out my carrer goals in my field of work. Ex. Chef, resturant ower, fine dinning, personal chef, High end hotels, other countries and food. ext.....
