hi folks.

i'm ciaran, i live in vancouver bc, i'm 25 years old and...i am an alcoholic.


wait, wrong site ....

i live for food, cooking and everytnhing that is gastronomique.
i come from a chinese-jamaican/irish family, i grew up around bold flavors and have a great appreciation for good, down home cooking.

i have a great interest in most of the current trends in food, but my approach is more accesible and true to form than the 'deconstructed this' or frou-frou eccentric masterpieces being put forth by some hip new chefs.

i hope to make friends here and gain some new perspectives from all over the globe.
