| 36y/o former Chef in my better days, now bar manager (better pay). I made the Chef level for a brief term(3 years) and hated the BS that went with it, so I left. Every now and then I get the itch and go back to the kitchen for a season, but end up remembering why I left in the first place. But it is fun and something everyone should try for a year or two, makes you appreciate the 9-5, M-F |
