Hello Everyone, my name is Melissa, I came across the forum while looking for places to chat about cooking. Im not a chef although I have thought about but being a full time mom keeps me pretty busy.

I basically just love to cook and enjoy experimenting with my own recipes or putting a new spin on an older recipe. I hope to be able to contribute to the forum and I know I will be learning plenty from the members here.
