I'm new to this forum and happy to have found it.
I am an Italian-American living in the Middle East. There are many ingredients here that are foreign (and intriguing) here and many others not available to us here that we are used to cooking with.
Thanks for providing the service to help us through the cultural divide we're experiencing in the kitchen!
