 Aloha and welcome to Chef Talk! We have a number of wonderful pastry people who are adept at chocolate work so I'm sure you'll find plenty of people to knock around some ideas with. | I feel Your pain Can't imagine weather that cold anymore...sorry! good for drinking hot chocolate though!! Hi Oahu, nice to know there are some other locals here.
