| Hi everyone, Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. I'm a 22 y/o male in the DC area. I love food and grew up in an Asian household so that sort of spills over into all of my cooking and recipes. I'm really an amateur cook but I enjoy writing recipes and I just got my first set of professional knives the other day (some really nice Global knives) so I look forward to contributing to the forum and learning a lot from you all. - Kitchenlove. |
