Default Brand Spankin' New

26 yrs old, from the south, obsessed with food and foodservice alike

I'm the corporate chef for an foodservice equipment manufacturer. I have been very blessed in my 12 yr career. I have had UNBELIEVABLE opportunities to work under the most amazing and talented chefs. I have so much to learn which is one reason I joined. The other being that in my job I don't get to babble about food as much as I would like. I end up getting stuk speaking of equipment, which is cool, but my passion is food.

I am already grateful for this site (the last week that I have been around).
