 Happy Hollidays This is my first post to this forum. I am not in the pro cullinary field, just a retired photographer who has always loved to cook. Today I'm baking a Turducken for our family Christmas dinner. It was purchased from Cajun Grocer.com in Lafayerre, Louisiana. Besides being an interesting meal we hope it'll help support the economy of the New Orleans area, which is still recovering from the destruction of Hurricane Katrina in August 200  |
