| Hi everyone, I'll make this short and sweet. I'm not really one to talk about myself. I've been cooking in the industry for over ten years now. Done everything from wash dishes to designing and running a restaurant's kitchen. I am now a personal chef for many different clients as well as running my own catering company. What can I say, the money is better on the other side of the fence. My passion, or should I say my obsession for food began as a small child. I grew up on a a teeny tiny farm just outside of Edmonton, Alberta. The more I learned, the more I wanted to know. It has always been that way for me and probably always will. I look forward to some real discussions about the culinary arts and maybe even some exchange of new ideas. Thanks for having me. Britt |
