| whats up guys!.. im currently in culinary school at CSCA (california school of culinary arts).. and im very excited about this new route ive decided to take!.. im not going to lie.. but before enrolling in school, i had never though about being a chef.. i love to cook and its something that ive always enjoyed doing.. but not untill mid year did i decide to make this into a career.. and here i am now.. 4 months into school and loving it!!.. i kinda suck.. but im getting better..lol... i started off not knowing anything.. but im gaining some skills....this site seems like the people here know what their talking about and willing to help.. and thats why im here!
