| Hi! My name is Laura Bickhart and I am a recent graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. I'm just getting started in the field. My business is called The Green Chef a go go. My focus is health based private cooking, catering, cooking lessons and coaching. I just 'happened' upon this site while looking for catering advice.
