 New to the field Hi! My name is Laura Bickhart and I am a recent graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. I'm just getting started in the field. My business is called The Green Chef a go go. My focus is health based private cooking, catering, cooking lessons and coaching. I just 'happened' upon this site while looking for catering advice. I think it will be a great find!       |

 You've got a good eye, Laura. This is a great place to learn and share! You'll want to check out the professional forums, but there are gems to be found all over the board: recipes, cooking articles, cookbook reviews- even the search tool leads to more. Visit often!
