 Hello, so glad to be aboard! I have been in the culinary field for 35 years, starting out as a dishwasher then cook, then on and on going to CIA and opening two culinary schools, with great joy and pride that any person with the passion for food, clean heart, clean mind, clean body can go anywhere!  hello everybody!! hi chefs! i am vishak from india!a student at the institute of hotel management in bangalore!! i aspire to become a popular chef, my main aim in life!! i hope i would receive a lot of knowledge from this forum.. and would like to be equally informative for all of you!! i believe those who do not know how to cook are missing life's greatest essence.  love vishak. |
