Hello everyone 1st time here bla bla and bla.great site alot of intresting stories and info, look forward working 13 hours days and coming home to complain to you. Kidding, My name is Mark 34 years old been in the busn for about 16 years (dam) i'm the Chef at a Private club here on the jersey shore 10 month operation great place to be ,been there 12 years and been the ex chef for the last 3 years.very busy place in the summer,al carte rest, upscale snackbar, out side crown vert grills, so alot going on at once, plus weddings and private parties. will have pics and we have a web site so hopefully i can share that with you guys and show you round my place of work. look forward talking and complaining together mark markmpm@hotmail.com
