Default Hi everyone

I'm a french cook, working in a 4 * hotel in paris as sous-chef.
I like working on my website to share recipes with people.
I would also be interrested by working in the US one day.
Be cool with me about my english, I only learned at school and do pretty much mistakes.

Default Bonsoir!!

I just returned from a long trip to France. I am going to be moving there (Avignon) in March. Your English seems to be very good! I am trying to learn French, but it is a very difficult language for me. When do you plan to come to the United States? Do you have any cities that you are interested to work in?

For the when question, i don't know at all, maybe in 6 month, 1 or 2year, or never, depends on lot of things, we have to make it possible together with my wife for whom it wouldn't be so easy as for me to adapt her career in the US (psychologist with french diploma).

For the where question : Probably somewhere between San Fransisco an San Diego, the more on the south the better ;-) but I would like to visit a lot of places before choosing.
