 Hellooooo Hi, im Pete from Plymouth in southwest UK Found this site after searching high and low for a decent forum. Im only 24 but joint head chef at one of Canadas imports, Future Inns. I dunno how well known they are in the states and canada but seem pretty popular over here. Im an ex forces chef with a small background from cooking for HM the Queen, Sultan of Oman, Goverment of Dubai, American parties from my stay in Jacksonville etc... I do have a fair share of experience but i am looking forward to learning from this forum too and speaking to some new people. Cheers       |
