Just wanted to say Hello I am new to the forum. I had a flank steak in the fridge and was trying to figure out what to do with it and I stumbled on this site. I have been cooking since I was about 13. My mother was a cook. Never had any formal training. Looked into it but when the admissions officer told me the starting salary as a line chef I tore up my registration packet.
Anyway, I love to cook, I am married and have three children. When I am not in the kitchen I work as an esthetician and bridal make up artist.
The flank steak I decided to stuff with a wild and white rice, bacon, chives, portabello mushrooms, green onions, ricotta and asiago cheese stuffing.
I am a much better cook than speller.
