Just wanted to say hello to professionals and amateurs.
My name is Serge. I live in Odessa, Ukraine.
I became a member of a couple of cooking forums to ask for advice with my cooking. It's the 8th day of my project: I cook each day a new meal and post its recipe and picture at my blog. I'm not a professional cooker so when the meal is not what I expected I post a question what I did wrong. Hope you will help me.

Serge, your dishes sound delicious. I'll bet some are similar to those my grandmother cooked, as she came from Ukraine long, long ago. Do you bake as well as cooking savory dishes?
