 I'm new to the community Hello everyone! I'm new to this community, but not to cooking. Let me introduce myself. My name is Noel, and I have chosen the name "DesertCook". Why? you may ask. I live in the low desert area of Southern California, 120 miles east or west of any civilization, and just 7 miles from the Arizona border. I've been cooking for over 9 years now and I love it! So "DesertCook" fits me just perfect! I'm currently taking classes to becoming a professional chef, I'm pursuing my dreams.  I'm currently Chef at a fine dinning restaurant located at the golf course known as "Cut Above".I'm looking forward to making new friends as well as learning some new tips and tricks that I may use at work and share a few of my own. How I came across this site was just pure luck  I know I'm gonna enjoy it here.If you would like to know anything else about this DesertCook, just ask. Peace!  |
