Good morning everyone. (IT's morning in the UK where I live.)

It was the ' why cook in beef' thread which caught my eye and dragged me in!! I am not a chef. Just a Mother who enjoys cooking more as the years go by. Nothing special! You'll never see me on "Master Chef"


The winter has been so mild that all the crocuses and many other plants are coming into bloom. Lovely!
