 Happy to be here! Hello All! I guess I'm kinda out of touch because i'm just discovering these things called blogs! Anyway I'm coming along in my own remedial way! I am a grad of CIA Hyde Park May 1988! Hey to fellow alums! Spent a few years in Hotel F&B and 13 years in Wine and Spirits sales management. Created and opened Skimmer's Panini Grill in Mission Viejo Ca in 2003! The business is doing great so far! Look forward to getting around the neighborhood!
