Hi Everyone!

My name is Julie; A.K.A.-Maine Cook-
I live way up here in Millinocket and have a beautiful view of Mount Katahdin! I joined the site last night after I "tripped" over it doing a search for liquid Malt of all things! I used to be a member Cooking Club of America-I was never quite comfortable with them, so I was very pleased to find you guys!
Anyway, if you have any questions about life up here, or the foods we eat, let me know

Hello Julie! We've just recently had two or three conversations about liquid malt; I'm glad our site popped up for you. I know we have other members from Maine. I've visited myself but it was our first time and we stuck to the "rocky coast" and the tall ships that summer.

You'll like us a lot better than CCA I'm sure. We're all food lovers and professionals who are here for the food and company.

Were you referring to the tall ships from the 1970's when they went on parade? Your from Wisconsin! CHEESE country! Isn't it also the Home to Penzeys Spices?
