Default Hello from northern illinois

Hello from Lake County Illinois! I joined Chef Talk to learn more about my favorite topic --- food! While my cooking (and eating) is mostly for fun right now, I hope to eventually be able to make a living in this business.

Hello from a bit to the north! I worked at the theme park in Gurnee many years ago when I lived in Kenosha, WI. It was still Marriott's Great America then.

Thanks for the welcome and response.

Baked goods --- cookies, cakes, breakfast pastries -- actually, anything for breakfast is my favorite type of food to prepare. Then, I like trying new recipes, things I haven't tried before.
