| Hello Chef, Welcome to the forum. How interesting, My inlaws family have had a "cabin" on Grand Lake for years and years. As a matter of fact you may know of it. It is a large log home, across from the hotel. NEWBY is the family name. Quite alot of history at the cabin, it has been there for many years. My son in law goes there quite often with his family. He owns a business in Grand Junction, Grand Lake is a great place. We looked at a restaraunt/bar that was for sale a few years ago, it was two stories on main street... Great place to live, but tooo cold for us. We live on the SC coast now.
