Default french chef in Grand Lake Co

Hello,l am a owner chef in Grand Lake Co
l have a restaurant Caroline's Cuisine ,that seat about 90

Sounds like my days are too long . It's always a challenge because l live in a small rural mountain town to found help.l have however 2 months off a year ,during the off season .
l thought for a long time to sell and try to do something else after all l have this restaurant for 16 years and l was before a chef for the Ritz Carlton .

Hello Chef, Welcome to the forum. How interesting, My inlaws family have had a "cabin" on Grand Lake for years and years. As a matter of fact you may know of it. It is a large log home, across from the hotel. NEWBY is the family name. Quite alot of history at the cabin, it has been there for many years. My son in law goes there quite often with his family. He owns a business in Grand Junction, Grand Lake is a great place. We looked at a restaraunt/bar that was for sale a few years ago, it was two stories on main street... Great place to live, but tooo cold for us. We live on the SC coast now.
