Default Hello from East Texas

I'm new on this forum. I really enjoy cooking and eating good food.

Bread is a hobby of mine, I've developed several recipes of my own. I'm sure they aren't profesinal quality but we enjoy them.

Alton Brown and Paula Deen are my two favorite TV chefs.

Hello to all,
Betty

Betty,
Welcome to Chef Talk. I always like to welcome a fellow Texan.
Jump in and post when you get the urge. Use the search option to research things like breads. We have many people here with the same interests.
Maybe you'll share some of those recipies
Welcome
Panini

Thank you both very much, I'm sure that I'll learn a lot here and surprise my family with some new goodies.
