 new to forums Hi - I have never been to forums before. I'm interested in learning about being a better cook. Also, maybe learn how to give cooking lessons in my small town some day. I'm fond of Italian food and can prepare several different dishes but I would really like to learn more about Chinese food preparation, Japanese food preparation, and Mexican food. Also, I need to learn how to eat more fish but I don't have any recipes that have enticed me! Thank you!  |

You can broaden your horizons by reading the forums, cooking articles, cookbook reviews, recipes and archives.
