Hola and Hello, My name is UmmSofrito and I am a NewYoRican living in Philly. I joined the forum because I love to cook, I worked as a cook
in a private school in New York. Never had the opportunity to go to
school for Culinary and honestly I think I am to old to go now. Well
I know that I can learn here for everyone and perhaps you can also
learn from me. I have been cooking since I was ten, my grandma taught
me how to do everything from that age. Thank you for having me here
on the forum and hope we can learn from each other.
