 Hola (Hello) Hola and Hello, My name is UmmSofrito and I am a NewYoRican living in Philly. I joined the forum because I love to cook, I worked as a cook in a private school in New York. Never had the opportunity to go to school for Culinary and honestly I think I am to old to go now. Well I know that I can learn here for everyone and perhaps you can also learn from me. I have been cooking since I was ten, my grandma taught me how to do everything from that age. Thank you for having me here on the forum and hope we can learn from each other. UmmSofrito
